摘要

目的 探讨在支原体肺炎患儿家长护理中使用知信行模式的健康教育路径的效果.方法 于2023年4-11月抽选某院儿科就诊的支原体肺炎患儿家长96人为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各48例.对照组实施常规健康教育,干预组则实施知信行模式的健康教育路径,对比两组患儿的疾病改善情况以及两组患儿家长干预前后相关知识和行为水平的改善情况.结果 干预组的患儿退烧时间、咳嗽缓解时间和肺部湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组.倍差法分析结果显示,随着干预开展,两组患儿家长干预后的相关知识和行为水平均有明显升高,而干预组的干预净变化值更大,提示干预组患儿家长干预后的相关知识和行为水平的上升更加明显.结论 在支原体肺炎患儿家长护理中使用知信行模式的健康教育路径效果较好,可提高患儿家长对疾病的相关认知,从而配合临床进行综合性护理,有利于患儿疾病的快速改善和减少复发.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of using the KAP model in health education for parents of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods From April to November 2023,96 parents of pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia who visited a certain hospital were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the intervention group received a KAP model health education.The disease improvement of the two groups of children and the improvement of related knowledge and behavior levels of their parents before and after intervention were compared.Results The time for fever reduction,cough relief,and disappearance of lung moist rales in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The results of Difference-in-Difference analysis showed that as the intervention was carried out,the knowledge and behavior levels of the parents of the two groups of children after intervention significantly increased,while the intervention group had a larger net change value,indicating a more significant increase in the knowledge and behavior levels of the parents of children in the intervention group after intervention.Conclusion The use of the KAP model in the care of parents of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia has a good effect on health education,which can improve their understanding of the disease and cooperate with clinical comprehensive care,which is beneficial for the rapid improvement of the disease and the reduction of recurrence in children.
