摘要
"将健康融入所有政策"是由世界卫生组织提出并倡导的理念和行动策略,是新时期卫生健康工作的方针之一,是健康中国战略深化体制机制改革的首要内容.当前,"健康中国2030"规划期已过半,"将健康融入所有政策"仍面临很多现实问题和阻碍.本研究从健康中国和依法治国两个角度,通过分析借鉴国内外经验,探索一条适合我国国情的健康发展路径.
Abstract
Health in All Policies(HiAP)is a concept and action strategy proposed and advocated by the World Health Organization,which is one of the guidelines for health work in the new period,and the primary content of deepening the reform of system and mechanism in the Healthy China Strategy.At present,the planning period of Healthy China 2030 is over half,but HiAP still faces many practical problems and obstacles.This study explores a healthy development path suitable for China's national conditions from the perspectives of Healthy China and law-based governance,by analyzing and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experiences.
