摘要

目的 研究大学生心理健康素养与专业心理求助态度的相关性.方法 通过青少年心理健康素养评定量表(AMHLAQ)、专业性心理帮助态度量表(ATSPPH-SF)对500名大学生进行调查.结果 调查对象在心理求助态度上的总得分为(28.48±3.77).心理健康素养的知识、态度、行为是专业心理求助态度的影响因素.结论 心理健康素养可以促进专业心理求助态度.学校应当重视大学生心理健康素养的提升,以提高专业心理求助来维护心理健康.

Abstract

Objective To study the correlation between college students'mental health literacy and professional psychological help-seeking attitude.Methods A total of 500 college students were investigated by the Adolescent Mental Health Literacy Rating Scale(AMHLAQ)and the Professional Psychological Help Attitude Scale(ATSPPH-SF).Results The total score of the respondents'attitude towards psychological help-seeking was(28.48±3.77).Knowledge,attitude and behavior of mental health literacy are the influencing factors of professional psychological help-seeking attitude.Conclusion Mental health literacy can promote professional psychological help-seeking attitude,and schools should attach importance to college students'mental health literacy to improve professional psychological help-seeking and maintain mental health.
