入境人员焦虑情况及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 了解入境人员的心理焦虑状况,分析可能引起焦虑的影响因素,为改善入境人员的心理健康提供指导.方法 使用自制调查问卷,通过问卷星平台对入境人员进行调查,运用广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)评定入境人员的焦虑状况.结果 入境人员的焦虑症状检出率为16.50%.多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、国籍、文化程度、电子产品的使用时间和患糖尿病及其他慢性病是入境人员焦虑症状发生的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 入境人员的焦虑症状较常见,需对重点人群进行心理干预.
Abstract
Objective To understand the psychological anxiety of entry-exit personnels,analyze the influencing factors that may cause anxiety,and provide a guidance for improving the mental health of immigrants.Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the entry-exit personnels through the platform of questionnaires,and GAD-7 was used to evaluate the anxiety status of the immigrants.Results The incidence of anxiety symptoms of entry-exit personnels was 16.50%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,nationality,education level,time of using electronic products,diabetes and other chronic diseases were the influencing factors of anxiety symptoms of immigrants(P＜0.05).Conclusion Anxiety symptoms of entry-exit personnels are common,and psychological intervention should be focused on specific groups.
