国内外老龄化社区应对突发公共卫生事件的现状研究

摘要
本研究回顾和归纳了国内外城市社区在全球老龄化大背景下对于突发公共卫生事件的应对能力现状,从应急机制建设、应急能力建设、应急资源配置和社会关注度四个方面分析国内社区应对突发公共卫生事件的现存模式和现有不足,并提出相关建议,以期为未来我国老龄化社区面对突发公共卫生事件时的应对能力提升研究提供参考.
Abstract
This study reviews and summarizes the current situation of the response capabilities of urban communities at home and abroad to public health emergencies in the context of global aging.It analyzes the existing models and shortcomings of domestic communities in responding to public health emergencies from four aspects:emergency mechanism construction,emergency capacity construction,emergency resource allocation,and social attention,and puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to provide reference for future research on improving the response capacity of aging communities in China to public health emergencies.
