摘要

目的 通过对福州市闽清县孕妇和儿童碘营养水平的调查,制定针对碘缺乏病的科学防治策略.方法 每年采用分层抽样方法,检测孕妇和儿童的尿碘和食用盐碘含量,采用B超法测量学生的甲状腺容积,对碘缺乏病进行监测.结果 闽清县 2019-2023 年共检测食用盐样 1 647 份,各年碘盐覆盖率以及碘盐合格率的差异均有统计学意义.监测 5年中的孕妇尿碘中位数均处于碘缺乏范围,儿童尿碘中位数均处于碘适宜范围,不同年份的儿童尿碘水平差异有统计学意义.结论 闽清县居民合格碘盐的食用率较高,儿童及孕妇的尿碘水平总体适宜,儿童甲状腺容积达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准的要求;学生依然存在碘营养不足的风险.应继续加强健康宣教和监测,及时掌握人群的碘营养状况,科学补碘.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women and children in Minqing County,Fuzhou City,and formulate scientific prevention and control strategies for iodine deficiency disorders.Methods The levels of urinary iodine and edible salt iodine were detected by stratified sampling every year,and the thyroid volume of students was measured by B-ultrasound to monitor iodine deficiency disorders.Results A total of 1 647 samples of edible salt were detected in Minqing County from 2019 to 2023.There were significant differences in the coverage rate of iodized salt and the qualified rate of iodized salt in each year.The median urinary iodine of pregnant women in 5 years was in the range of iodine deficiency;the median urinary iodine of children in 5 years was in the suitable range of iodine,and the difference of urinary iodine level of children in different years was statistically significant.Conclusion The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt among residents in Minqing County is higher.The urine iodine level of children and pregnant women is generally suitable,and the thyroid volume of children meets the requirements of national iodine deficiency disorders elimination standard.Students still have the risk of iodine deficiency,so we should continue to strengthen health education and monitoring,grasp the iodine nutrition status of the population in time,and supplement iodine scientifically.
