摘要
目的 编制控烟课程效果评估问卷并进行信效度检验.方法 通过文献检索、专家咨询法等,基于知信行模型,构建控烟课程效果评估问卷并进行信效度检测.结果 问卷由四个维度组成,共17个条目,总问卷的Cronbach's α为0.963,Guttman折半系数为 0.844.各项指标均表明问卷的适配程度良好,因子结构稳定.结论 经检验该问卷有较好的信度和效度,可为评估控烟课程提供工具.
Abstract
Objective To develop a questionnaire for evaluating the effectiveness of tobacco control courses and test its reliability and validity.Methods Through literature retrieval and expert consultation,based on the knowledge,belief and practice model,a questionnaire for evaluating the effect of tobacco control course was constructed and its reliability and validity were tested.Results The questionnaire consisted of 17 items in four dimensions.Cronbach's α of the total questionnaire was 0.963,Guttman's half coefficient was 0.844.All the indicators show that the questionnaire is well-adapted and the factor structure is stable.Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can provide a tool for evaluating tobacco control courses.
