学校社会工作介入公安院校学生管理的路径探析

近年来,大学生群体在心理情绪方面遇到了较多问题,导致部分学生的思想和认知发生了偏差,学生管理工作推行阻力不断加大.特别是公安院校,学生安全问题已经成了社会关注的焦点,"警务化管理模式"受到了不小的冲击.在此背景下,本研究从社会工作视角出发,设计具有针对性的问卷用以收集数据,探寻公安院校学生管理工作难题的根源.依据数据分析,综合判断面临的困境.通过论证学校社会工作的介入优势,探索出了以"校校合作"和"校构合作"作为介入路径,可较好地解决公安院校学生管理工作所面临的难题,为公安教育现代化背景下警务化管理模式创新提供了新思路,开辟了新方向.
Abstract
In recent years,college students have encountered many psychological and emotional problems,which led to the deviation of some students'thoughts and cognition,and the resistance to the implementation of student management has been increasing.Especially in public security colleges,students'safety has become the focus of social attention,and the"policing management model"has been greatly impacted.Under this background,from the perspective of social work,this study designed a targeted questionnaire to collect data,explore the root of the difficult problems in student management in public security colleges,comprehensively judge the difficulties faced according to the data analysis,and explore the intervention path of"school-school cooperation"and"school-structure cooperation"by demonstrating the advantages of school social work,which can better solve the difficult problems faced by student management in public security colleges and serve as police management under the background of public security education modernization.
