大学生传染病知识获取途径与健康素养相关性分析

目的 了解大学生接受传染病知识的途径,并分析其与传染病健康素养的相关性,为制定高校传染病健康干预措施提出建议.方法 采用多阶段整群抽样方法,选取2 625 名大学生开展问卷调查.结果 大学生传染病健康素养具备率为84.3%.大学生的传染病素养水平与学校传染病健康教育、网络传染病信息服务、社会传染病健康教育服务和社交圈呈正相关.多元线性回归分析显示,学校传染病健康教育、网络传染病信息服务、社会传染病健康教育服务、社交圈对大学生的传染病健康素养有正向影响作用.结论 社会传染病健康教育服务、网络传染病信息服务与大学生传染病健康素养密切相关.今后采取干预措施时应侧重于这些方面,扩大传染病健康教育知识在大学生中的影响力,提升其传染病健康素养水平.
Correlation Analysis of College Students'Access to Infectious Disease Knowledge and Health Literacy
Objective To understand the ways of college students'acceptance of infectious disease knowledge,and analyze its correlation with infectious disease health literacy,so as to put forward suggestions for the development of infectious disease health intervention measures in colleges and universities.Methods Using multi-stage cluster sampling method,2 625 college students were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey.Results The health literacy rate of infectious diseases among college students was 84.3%.The infectious disease literacy level of college students was positively correlated with school infectious disease health education,network infectious disease information service,social infectious disease health education service,and social circle.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that school infectious disease health education,network infectious disease information service,social infectious disease health education service,and social circle had the positive impact on college students'infectious disease health literacy.Conclusion Social infectious disease health education service and network infectious disease information service are closely related to college students'infectious disease health literacy.Future intervention measures should focus on these aspects,expand the influence of infectious disease health education knowledge among college students,and improve their infectious disease health literacy level.
