Analysis on Health Literacy Level of Residents in Nanchuan District of Chongqing from 2022 to 2023
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of health literacy of 2022 and 2023,and provide the reference for relevant government departments to formulate health education and promotion strategies.Methods The subjects were selected by stratified and multi-stage random sampling method,and the national health literacy monitoring questionnaire compiled by the whole country was used to investigate and analyze the monitoring level of residents'health literacy.Results The health literacy level of residents aged 15-69 in Nanchuan District was 29.11%in 2022 and 32.14%in 2023.There were statistically significant differences of health literacy levels of residents with different ages,educational levels and occupations(P<0.05).The level of three aspects and six types of problems health literacy in 2023 was higher than that in 2022.Conclusion In recent two years,health education in Nanchuan District has achieved remarkable results,but it is necessary to carry out targeted health education focusing on basic skills and literacy of infectious disease prevention and control for the elderly,people with low education level and farmers..
