Objective To understand the hand hygiene monitoring status and its influencing factors of the staff in kindergartens in Qingpu District.Methods The hand hygiene of the staff in kindergartens at all levels in Qingpu District was monitored,and the results were statistically analyzed by chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression.Results The qualified rate of hand hygiene was 88.41%.There was a statistically significant difference of the qualified rate of samples with different hand washing time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of hand hygiene when using hand sanitizers with different effective components.The time of hand washing is the influencing factor of hand hygiene monitoring results(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the convenience and accessibility of hand washing should be improved in practical work,and hand hygiene training for staff in kindergartens should be strengthened.
