摘要
目的 对某社区高血压患者的房颤发生情况进行筛查,了解高血压合并房颤患者的血液生化指标以及吸烟、运动等行为情况.方法 对1 001 例社区高血压患者开展心电图房颤筛查,将筛查中发现的高血压合并房颤患者作为研究组,同时选择相同例数的无房颤高血压患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的一般资料、血糖、血脂、肾功能水平,以及吸烟和运动情况.结果 在高血压患者中共筛查出高血压合并房颤患者 163例,筛查率为 16.28%.高血压合并房颤患者的血清葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均高于对照组(P<0.05);合并房颤患者的吸烟率和不运动比例均高于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 高血压合并房颤患者的血清葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平高于普通高血压患者,并且吸烟率和不运动比例均较高,应对此类人群加强健康管理.
Abstract
Objective To screen the incidence of atrial fibrillation in hypertensive patients in a certain community,and to understand the blood biochemical indicators,smoking and exercise behavior of hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods Electrocardiogram atrial fibrillation screening was conducted on 1 001 patients with hypertension in the community.The patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation found during the screening were selected as the study group,while same case hypertension patients without atrial fibrillation were selected as the control group.The general information,blood glucose,blood lipids,renal function levels,smoking and exercise status of the two groups of patients were compared.Results A total of 163 patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation were screened,with a screening rate of 16.28%.The serum glucose,total cholesterol,and triglycerides in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the smoking rate and proportion of non exercise in patients with atrial fibrillation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum glucose,total cholesterol,and triglyceride levels of patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation are higher than those of ordinary hypertension patients,and the smoking rate and non exercise ratio are also higher.Therefore,health management should be strengthened for this population.
