At present,we media health communication has the characteristics of decentralization,interaction and personalization.Due to the high degree of participation and easy acceptance of community residents,it has gradually become an important way of community residents'health management.Based on the characteristics of we media interactive communication and the influence of health communication,this paper expounds the role of we media health communication in community stroke self-health management,thinks about the existing problems,and puts forward optimization measures.
