Construction of Monitoring Index System for Adolescent Health Behavior in Shanghai
Objective To construct a monitoring index system for adolescent health behavior in Shanghai and determine the weight coefficients of each index. Methods Referring to the classification of health behaviors in China, and focusing on the main health problems of adolescents in Shanghai, the framework of health behavior monitoring indicators for adolescents in Shanghai was constructed through data retrieval and literature review, and the health behavior monitoring indicators were screened and determined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and special meetings. Results The effective recovery rate of both rounds of expert consultation forms was 90%,and the expert judgment coefficients were 0.899 and 0.876,the familiarity was 0.882 and 0.888,and the authority coefficients were 0.891 and 0.864,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients of the first, second and third indicators and all indicators of the second round of expert consultation were 0.481,0.414,0.371 and 0.379,respectively,which were significantly improved compared with the first round, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).This study ultimately constructed 6 first-level indicators,17 secondary indicators, and 45 tertiary indicators, including basic health behaviors, warning behaviors, health service utilization behaviors, avoidance of environmental hazards behaviors, avoidance of addictive behaviors, and psychological and social adaptation behaviors, and calculated the combined weights of each health behavior monitoring indicator. Conclusion The enthusiasm and authority of experts are high, and the results are credible, but the consistency of the ratings for the indicators is not high, and further adjustments need to be made through practical application.
