Objective To construct an evaluation system for the health empowerment ability of chronic disease patients,and provide reference ideas for the formulation and management practices of health administrative departments and hospital management departments.Methods The initial scale was determined through literature review and 16 experts were consulted using the Delphi method.Results The positive coefficients of both rounds of expert consultation were 100%.The authority coefficient of experts in the first round of consultation was 0.874,while the authority coefficient of experts in the second round of consultation was 0.913.Both rounds of Kendall Coefficients passed the significance test(P<0.05).After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,an indicator evaluation system for health empowerment capacity of chronic disease patients containing 4 primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators was finally formed,and the constructed indicator evaluation system has good reliability and validity.Conclusion The established indicator evaluation system has reliability,scientific,and reference value,and can be used as an evaluation tool for the health empowerment ability of chronic disease patients.
