摘要
目的 了解泰州市 40岁及以上人群慢阻肺(COPD)患病的相关影响因素,为制定针对性的防治策略提供科学依据.方法 采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取泰州市辖区内 9个街道≥40岁的居民作为调查对象进行问卷调查、体格测量和肺功能检查,并分析COPD的流行病学特征及影响因素.结果 男性、高龄、低文化程度、有呼吸系统疾病既往史、气短、咳痰、至少吸了100支烟、未进行规律运动、儿童期患过呼吸系统疾病、使用柴草等生物燃料及BMI低是影响泰州居民COPD发生的影响因素.结论 应加强对COPD发病影响因素的干预,积极采取措施开展COPD防治工作,开展针对性的健康教育活动.
Abstract
Objective To understand the morbidity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influencing factors in residents of Taizhou,and provide the basis for the strategy of prevention and control of COPD.Methods The multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted to select residents aged≥40 years old from 9 streets in Taizhou as the research objects,and questionnaire survey,physical measurement and pulmonary function detection were conducted to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of COPD.Results Male,old age,low education level,history of respiratory diseases,shortness of breath,expectoration,at least 100 cigarettes smoked,no regular exercise,respiratory diseases suffered in childhood,use of biofuels such as firewood,low BMI were the influencing factors for COPD occurrence in Taizhou.Conclusion It should strengthen the intervention of influencing factors of COPD occurrence,take active measures to carry out COPD prevention and treatment,and carry out targeted health education activities
