Objective To understand the health literacy status of residents aged 15-69 in Yongan,Fujian Province,and analyze the influencing factors of residents'health literacy,so as to provide the basis for carrying out targeted health education.Methods A total of 1350 permanent residents aged 15-69 were selected by stratified multi-stage random sampling method,and the household survey was conducted by using the 2018 National Residents'Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire.Results In 2021,the health literacy level of residents in Yongan was 23.9%.The literacy level of basic knowledge and ideas was 35.9%;the literacy level of healthy lifestyle and behavior was 23.8%;the literacy level of basic skills was 24.5%.Among the six kinds of health problems,the level of safety and first aid literacy is relatively high(50.9%).There were significant differences in health literacy levels among the respondents of different age groups,educational levels and occupations(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis suggests that education level is the influencing factor of health literacy level.Conclusion Chronic disease prevention and treatment literacy and basic medical literacy of residents in Yongan need to be improved,and chronic disease prevention and treatment will be the focus of health education.
