The Change Trend of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Literacy of Residents in District of Shanghai from 2018 to 2021
Objective To analyze the change trend and influencing factors of infectious disease prevention and control literacy of residents in Qingpu District from 2018 to 2021,so as to further improve the health literacy of residents on infectious diseases.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 8129 permanent residents aged 15-69 in Qingpu District by using multi-stage simple random sampling method.Results From 2018 to 2021,the level of infectious disease prevention and control literacy of residents in Qingpu District were 17.7%,19.8%,38.1%and 24.5%respectively.It increased year by year,but fluctuated in 2021.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age,occupation and education level were the influencing factors of residents'infectious disease prevention and control literacy in Qingpu District(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall infectious disease problem literacy of residents in Qingpu District shows an increasing trend year by year.At the same time,the infectious disease prevention literacy also shows a certain fluctuation trend.Age,education and occupation are the influencing factors of infectious disease prevention literacy.
