Objective To understand the cognitive status quo of infectious disease prevention and control of nurses in kindergartens in Minhang District,and analyze the factors,so as to provide the basis for further improving the ability of infectious disease prevention and control of nurses in kindergartens in Minhang District.Methods In May 2022,a total of 328 nurses were randomly selected from 82 kindergartens in Minhang District,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The overall awareness rate of prevention,control,disinfection and isolation of common infectious diseases was 71.08%.The awareness rate of"container concentration of daily preventive disinfection of vomit and diarrhea"was low(33.23%).The awareness rate of prevention and control knowledge of respiratory infectious diseases was higher than that of intestinal infectious diseases(P<0.05).The working years and whether or not to participate in the handling of infectious disease cluster incidents in recent two years were related to the nurses'level of infectious disease prevention and control(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'knowledge of infectious disease prevention and disinfection in kindergartens in Minhang District needs to be strengthened.In the future,targeted training should be carried out to improve the ability of infectious disease prevention and control in kindergartens in Minhang District.
