Objective To understand the health physical examination status of employees working in food industry and public places in Jiangning District,Nanjing from 2017 to 2022,to provide the basis for the employees'health management and prevention of infectious diseases Methods The health examination results of employees working in food industry and public places in Jiangning District from 2017 to 2022 were collected and statistically analyzed.Results A totally of 588293 employees working in food industry and public places had received the health examination in Jiangning from 2017-2022,and average qualified rate was 91.32%,showing a downward trend year by year.The qualified items were mainly for abnormal alanine aminotransferases(ALT),and showed an upward trend year by year,and others showed a gradual downward trends;the pass rate of male was lower than that of female;the pass rate of the age 30-40 years old group was lower than that in the other age groups;the pass rate of health examinations of employees in food industry was lower than that of employees in public places.Conclusion The qualified rate of preventive health physical examination of employees working in food industry and public places has been decreasing year by year in Jiangning District from 2017 to 2022.In the future,health education,publicity and health knowledge training should be strengthened,and comprehensive and effective measures shall be taken to ensure public health security.
