某民族自治县居民健康素养水平及影响因素调查

目的 了解云南省南涧彝族自治县居民的健康素养水平现状及其影响因素.方法 采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对15~69岁的常住居民进行问卷调查.结果 2023年南涧县居民健康素养水平为24.40%.其中,基本知识和理念素养水平为40.90%,健康生活方式与行为素养水平为35.80%,基本技能素养水平为 15.90%;居民六类健康问题素养水平居前三位的依次为安全与急救素养(60.9%)、科学健康观素养(46.0%)及慢性病防治素养(37.7%).Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、家庭年收入、文化程度、城乡分布、民族、职业、是否患有慢性病、健康状况等因素为南涧县居民健康素养的主要影响因素.结论 南涧彝族自治县的中老年人以及低学历、低收入、农村地区的居民健康素养水平较低.要以这些人群为重点干预对象,着重加强基本技能素养、传染病防治素养、基本医疗素养方面的干预,开展有针对性的健康素养专项提升行动.
Analysis of the Level and Influencing Factors of Residents' Health Literacy in a Minority Autonomous County
Objective To understand the current situation of health literacy level of residents in Nanjian Yi Autonomous County of Yunnan Province and its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among permanent residents aged 15-69 by multistage random sampling.Results The health literacy level of residents in Nanjian County in 2023 was 24.40%.The literacy level of basic knowledge and ideas was 40.90%;the literacy level of healthy lifestyle and behavior was 35.80%;the literacy level of basic skills was 15.90%.The top three literacy levels of residents'six kinds of health problems from high to low were safety and first aid literacy(60.9%),scientific health concept literacy(46.0%),and chronic disease prevention literacy(37.7%).Logistic regression analysis shows that age,annual family income,education level,residential location urban or rural,nationality,occupation,chronic diseases and health status were the main influencing factors of residents'health literacy in Nanjian County.Conclusion The health literacy level of middle-aged and elderly people,people with low education,low income and people in rural areas in Nanjian County was low.The intervention measures in basic skills literacy,infectious disease prevention literacy and basic medical literacy should be focused on these people,and carry out targeted health literacy promotion actions.
