摘要
目的 了解泰州市医药高新区野徐镇中老年居民对骨质疏松相关知识的知晓情况并分析影响因素.方法 抽取1 042名泰州市医药高新区野徐镇中老年居民进行问卷调查.结果 有238人(22.84%)对骨质疏松知识有部分了解;不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、教育水平、高血压病史、了解相关知识的居民骨质疏松相关知识知晓率等差异有统计学差异(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况和教育水平是居民骨质疏松认知情况的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 泰州市医药高新区野徐镇中老年居民的骨质疏松知识水平较低,老年、未婚/离异/丧偶、教育水平低的群体是健康教育的重点人群,应针对特定人群开展有针对性的健康教育.
Abstract
Objective To understand the knowledge about osteoporosis among middle-aged and elderly residents in Yexu Town,Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 042 middle-aged and elderly residents in Yexu Town of Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone.Results There were 238 people(22.84%)who had some knowledge about osteoporosis,and the awareness rate of osteoporosis among residents was different in gender,age,marital status,education level,whether they had a history of hypertension and whether they knew relevant knowledge(P<0.05).Age,marital status and education level were the influencing factors of the subjects'cognition of osteoporosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge level of osteoporosis among middle-aged and elderly residents in Yexu Town of Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone was low,and the elderly,unmarried/divorced/widowed and low-level groups were the key groups of health education,so targeted health education should be carried out for specific groups.
