摘要
目的 对上海市物流行业人员的健康体检结果进行分析,为制定该类人群的预防保健策略提供参考依据.方法 对2 141 名物流行业的体检人员进行资料汇总和分析.结果 体检人员异常指标的检出率从高到低依次为超重/肥胖(50.1%)、高血压(31%)、心电图异常(20.1%)、总胆固醇/甘油三酯升高(17.5%)、脂肪肝(15.8%)、高尿酸(10.6%)和胸片异常(9.9%).结论 上海市物流行业人员的整体健康状况不容乐观,需要加强行业监管,提高健康认知,完善健康保障措施,进一步保障从业人员的身心健康.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the health examination results of logistics industry personnel in Shanghai to provide reference for formulating preventive and health care strategies for this population.Methods The data of 2 141 physical examination personnel in the logistics industry were summarize and analyzed.Results The detection rates of abnormal indicators in physical examination personnel,from high to low,were overweight/obesity(50.1%),hypertension(31%),abnormal electrocardiogram(20.1%),elevated total cholesterol/triglycerides(17.5%),fatty liver(15.8%),hyperuricemia(10.6%),and abnormal chest X-ray(9.9%).Conclusion The overall health status of logistics industry personnel in Shanghai is not optimistic,and it is necessary to strengthen industry supervision,improve health awareness,perfect health protection measures,and further ensure the physical and mental health of employees.
