目的 以上海市全民健康素养提升科普服务配送项目为例,通过课件标准化、讲师培训标准化和选课模式标准化的方式,评估该种标化型健康科普讲座活动的实施效果.方法 采用定量与定性混合研究的方式,从听众、服务者和组织者三个关键角度出发,全面分析标化型科普讲座活动的满意度和实施效果.结果 标化型科普讲座在提升健康教育质量和效率方面表现出显著优势:听众对讲座内容、讲师水平和组织实施的满意度得分均较高,平均分为4.86~4.88;服务者对讲座的总体满意度为 4.41,尽管对培训考核的满意度相对较低;组织者对讲座的总体满意度为 4.22,但对社区居民签到打卡情况的满意度较低.结论 标化型科普讲座是一种高效的健康教育手段,经优化和调整后,可作为社区健康教育的一种新模式.
Evaluation on Satisfaction of Standardized Health Popular Science Lecture
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of this standardized health science lecture activity through the standardization of courseware,instructor training and course selection mode,taking the project of promoting popular science service distribution in Shanghai as an example.Methods The satisfaction and implementation effect of standardized popular science lectures were comprehensively analyzed from three key angles:audience,server and organizer.Results Standardized popular science lectures showed significant advantages in improving the quality and efficiency of health education:the audience's satisfaction scores with lecture content,lecturer's level and organization and implementation were all high,with an average score of 4.86~4.88;the overall satisfaction of the service providers to the lecture is 4.41,although the satisfaction of the training assessment was relatively low;the organizer's overall satisfaction with the lecture is 4.22,but the satisfaction with community residents'sign-in and punch-in was low.Conclusion Standardized popular science lectures were an efficient means of health education,which can be used as a new model of community health education after optimization and adjustment.
