The Effect of Health Education Intervention in The Treatment of Children with Asthma
Objective To explore the application effect of health education in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods A total of 56 children with asthma were selected from a certain hospital and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment plus budesonide nebulization inhalation therapy, while the observation group received health education on the basis of treatment in the control group. The treatment outcomes of two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the improvement of inflammatory factors and lung function in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the net effect of intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing clinical health education guidance during the treatment of children with asthma can more effectively improve their lung function status, reduce inflammatory reactions, and improve compliance.
