基于STEM教育概念的幼儿健康教育跨学科项目学习,是一种具有创新性和实践性的教育方式,有助于培养幼儿的健康素养和综合素质,为他们的未来发展奠定坚实的基础.本研究旨在通过跨学科的教育方式,提升幼儿对健康膳食的认识和理解,培养他们的科学探究能力和实践能力,从而促进其身心健康和全面发展.

Abstract

The interdisciplinary project-based learning in early childhood health education based on the concept of STEM education is an innovative and practical educational approach that contributes to cultivating children's health literacy and overall quality,laying a solid foundation for their future development.This study aims to enhance young children's understanding and knowledge of healthy diets through interdisciplinary education methods,fostering their scientific inquiry and practical abilities,thereby promoting their physical and mental health and comprehensive development.
