Effect of ultrasound-monitoring ovulation and guiding pregnancy prepa-ration on postoperative pregnancy outcome of patients undergoing laparo-scopic tubal pregnancy conservative surgery
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound monitoring ovulation and guiding pregnancy preparation on the pregnancy outcome of patients undergoing laparoscopic tubal pregnancy conservative surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with tubal pregnancy and conservative laparoscopic tubal pregnancy surgery in the gynecology department of Jieyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into test group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases each. The control group had natural pregnancy after operation, and the test group had ultrasound monitoring of ovulation to guide pregnancy after operation. The lowest function of the affected and contralateral fallopian tubes and ovaries of the two groups were compared, and the intrauterine pregnancy rate and repeated ectopic pregnancy rate were followed up for 1 year. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the lowest functional score of the affected side and the lowest functional score of the contralateral side(P>0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of recurrent ectopic pregnancy was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring ovulation can guide the pregnancy after conservative operation of laparoscopic tubal pregnancy, which can improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy and reduce the rate of repeated ectopic pregnancy.
