微信辅助的案例教学法在脑血管病临床实习带教中的应用效果

目的 探讨微信辅助的案例教学法在脑血管病临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年9月至12月于苏州大学附属第二医院神经内科实习的80名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40名。观察组采用微信辅助的案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。评估两组学生的考核成绩,综合素质和教学满意度。结果 观察组的理论知识成绩、实践技能成绩和综合素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。同时,观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 微信辅助的案例教学法在神经内科脑血管病临床实习带教中具有良好的应用效果,该方法值得在神经内科临床实习教学中推广应用。
Application effect of WeChat-assisted case teaching method in clinical practice teaching of cerebrovascular disease
Objective To explore the effectiveness of WeChat-assisted case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 80 interns practiced in the Department of Neurolo-gy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between September and December 2022 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 students in each group.The observation group adopted the WeChat-assisted CBL teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The theoretical knowledge scores,practical ability scores and comprehensive quality scores of the two groups of students were assessed.Results The theoretical knowledge scores,practical ability scores and comprehensive quality scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat-assisted CBL teaching method has a good application effectiveness in the clinical practice teaching of cerebrovascular diseases in the department of neurology,and this method is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical practice teaching of neurology department.
