Molecular mechanism of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on network pharmacology
Objective To explore the mechanism of Chaihu Shugan Powder on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)based on network pharmacology. Methods The TCMSP database was searched to screen the active components and targets of Chaihu Shugan Powder. The targets of liver related diseases were obtained through GeneCards. Then the common targets of drugs and diseases were obtained and analyzed by Omicshare.STRING database was used to construct PPI for common targets. The related network diagrams of active components and common targets were analyzed by cytoscape software to ob-tain the key compounds and key targets of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of NAFLD.Results Four key compounds were identified in the treatment of NAFLD,including RAC-alpha serine/threonine-protein kinase(AKT1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),cellular tumor antigen p53(TP53),vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA),in-volving AGE-RAGE,NAFLD,nuclear factor-KB(NF-κB)signaling pathways. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder can treat NAFLD through multi-component group activation of AGE-RAGE and NAFLD and other pathways, and provide a new theoretical basis for clinical application.
