Meta-analysis of the application effect of imaging nursing integrated management mode
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated imaging nursing management by meta-analysis.Methods Computer search of China National Knowledge Network,VIP database,Wanfang database,search time from the establishment of the database to July 2022.Relevant studies on the application of integrated imaging care management in clinical practice were collected,literatures were screened according to certain criteria and bias risk assessment and data extraction were completed.Stata 15.0 software was used for meta analysis.Results A total of 19 studies were included,including 3 664 patients,including 1 832 patients in the integrated imaging care management group and 1 832 patients in the routine management group.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with the conventional management group,integrated imaging care management could effectively improve the readiness rate of imaging examination(OR=0.19,95％CI:0.11-0.33)and the timely release rate of reports(OR=0.08,95％CI:0.02-0.32),puncture success rate(OR=0.25,95％CI:0.14-0.44),patient satisfaction(OR=0.10,95％CI:0.06-0.16),reduce repeat scan rate(OR=0.22,95％CI:0.15-0.32),contrast medium permeability(OR=0.13,95％CI:0.08-0.22),metal miss rate(OR=0.21,95％CI:0.07-0.60),and shorten the waiting time(SMD=-0.66,95％CI:-0.84--0.48).Conclusion The existing evidence shows that integrated nursing management can effectively improve the efficiency of imaging department examination,nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
