Objective To analyze the application effect of rubber band combined with metal clip internal traction technology in endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods A total of 60 patients who were treated with ESD in Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received tra-ditional ESD treatment,while the observation group received internal traction technology with rubber bands and metal clips to assist with ESD treatment.The surgical situation,complications,and follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of lesion area,rate of complete resection,incidence of complications and recurrence rate(P>0.05).The resection rate per unit time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time from mucosal exposure to complete dissection,surgical time,and hos-pitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Follow up for 3 months showed no residual primary lesions in both groups,and endoscopic examination showed that the surgical wounds healed well.No recurrence occurred.Conclusion The internal traction technology of rubber band combined with metal clip has a significant effect on ESD,which can fully expose the wound field of view,improve the accuracy of dissec-tion,shorten the surgical time,reduce the complications and anesthesia risks of ESD surgery,promote recovery,and have high clinical application value.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
