Clinical effect of CT three-dimensional visualization technology assisted interventional therapy for cerebral aneurysms
Objective To investigate the effect of CT three-dimensional visualization technology combined with interven-tional treatment of cerebral aneurysms,so as to provide scientific reference for the effective treatment of patients with cere-bral aneurysms.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Pingx-iang People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the ran-dom number table method,the included patients were divided into a control group(40 cases)and a study group(40 cases).The control group was treated with cerebral aneurysm intervention,and the study group was treated with CT three-dimen-sional visualization technology combined with cerebral aneurysm intervention.The surgical conditions,clinical efficacy,Hunt-Hess grade,complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the duration of intervention and hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hunt-Hess grade of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total in-cidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The prognosis of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT three-dimensional visualization technology assisted interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysms is effective,with less intraoperative blood loss and shorter operation time,which is conducive to postop-erative neurological function recovery,promote benign prognosis,and is safe and reliable.
