Effect of 270° shoulder arthroscopic release combined with compound Be-tamethasone injection in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder
Objective To observe the clinical effect of 270° shoulder arthroscopic release combined with compound Be-tamethasone injection in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder(PFS).Methods A total of 70 patients with PFS admitted to the People's Hospital of Jimo Qingdao from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 270° shoulder arthroscopic release, and the observation group was combined with compound Betamethasone injection on the basis of the control group. The pain symptoms, shoulder joint function scores, shoulder joint comprehensive scores and range of motion were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the pain control time was shorter than that of the control group, the University of California at los angeles shoulder rating scale(UCLA)scores was higher than that of the con-trol group, the constant-murley shoulder joint function scale(CMS)scores was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of shoulder flexion upward lift, abduction upward lift and lat-eral lateral rotation in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 270° shoulder arthroscopic release combined with compound Betamethasone injection is effective in the treatment of PFS,improving postoperative pain symptoms and joint function recovery, and helping to relieve the limitation of joint movement.
