Analysis of factors influencing the occurrence of renal cell carcinoma
Objective The clinical data and examination results of patients with renal cell carcinoma(RCC)were analyzed to explore the risk factors of RCC.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with RCC diagnosed the 11th People's Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2007 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were confirmed with RCC by fol-low-up operation and pathology.Relevant data and examination results were collected, including complications(diabetes, hypertension, other malignant tumors, etc.),blood pressure(BP),blood glucose, blood lipid, body mass index(BMI)and blood uric acid(UA).In the case bank,76 cases of normal kidney, renal cyst and renal angiomyolipoma were selected as controls according to age and sex factors.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of RCC.Results The incidence of comorbidities, high BP,high BMI,high lipids, high blood sugar and high UA in RCC group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that complications(β=1.34,P=0.006,OR=3.83,95%CI:1.47-9.95)and high BP(β=0.77,P=0.021,OR=2.15,95%CI:1.12-4.14)and high UA(β=0.72,P=0.015,OR=2.06,95%CI:1.15-3.67)were independent risk factors for RCC.Conclusion Patients with diabetes, hypertensive disease, malignancy,or high blood pressure or high uric acid are prone to RCC.It should be vigilant and early prevention.
