Objective To explore the electrocardiogram teaching method suitable for nursing interns,so as to improve stu-dents'recognition of clinical electrocardiogram and nursing practice ability.Methods A total of 160 nursing interns in the Department of Cardiology,Jiangxi Chest Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research ob-jects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(80 cases)and the control group(80 cases).The basic theory score of electrocardiogram,electrocardiogram test score,electrocardiogram monitoring assess-ment score and electrocardiogram nursing teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The electro-cardiogram basic theory score and electrocardiogram test score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The electrocardiogram monitoring assessment score and satisfac-tion with electrocardiogram nursing teaching effect of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional electrocardiogram teaching,the teaching method of electrocardiogram with case as the carrier has more advantages,which can effectively enhance the theoretical and practical ability of electrocardiogram of nursing interns,improve the satisfaction of nursing interns with elec-trocardiogram nursing teaching,so as to improve the quality of teaching.
