Nursing application effect of checklist management in patients with dia-betic retinopathy undergoing intravitreal injection
Objective To investigate the nursing application effect of checklist management in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)undergoing intravitreal injection.Methods A total of 60 patients with DR admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional nursing management mode,and the ob-servation group implemented the checklist management mode on this basis.Treatment compliance,disease knowledge,nurses'work efficiency,incidence of nursing defects and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statis-tically signifiicant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of healthy diet,daily exercise,blood glucose control,medication and DR prevention knowledge in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in observation group were higher than those of control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The teaching time of nurses in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the adjustment times of middle eye position was less than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing defect rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Checklist management can improve the treatment compliance and disease knowledge of DR patients undergoing intravitreal injection,improve the work efficiency of nurses,reduce the incidence of nursing defects,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
