纳米铝辅助免疫治疗过敏性哮喘的研究进展

过敏原特异性免疫治疗(AIT)是目前治疗过敏性疾病的有效方法之一。研究人员用佐剂吸附变应原,可延长变应原的作用时间,增强辅助T细胞的作用。目前,研究最广泛的佐剂是氢氧化铝佐剂,但是临床发现其注射入机体后局部注射部位出现肉芽肿反应。因此,研究人员一直在寻找更安全有效的佐剂。最新的研究发现纳米氢氧化铝作为佐剂更加安全有效,受到越来越多研究人员的关注。后续可以通过小鼠过敏性哮喘模型探索纳米铝佐剂免疫佐剂,提高AIT的安全性和有效性。
Research progress of nano-aluminum assisted immunotherapy for allergic asthma
Allergen-specific immunotherapy(AIT)is one of the effective methods for the treatment of allergic diseases.Re-searchers use adjuvants to adsorb allergens,which can prolong the action time of allergens and enhance the effect of helper T cells.At present,the most widely studied adjuvant is aluminum hydroxide adjuvant,but it is found that the local injection site granuloma reaction occurs after its injection into the body.Therefore,in order to find safer and more effective adjuvants,scientists continue to explore and find that nano-aluminum hydroxide has attracted more and more attention in recent stud-ies.The aim of this study is to explore the efficacy and safety of nano-aluminum adjuvant for AIT in allergic asthma mice.
