摘要

本文总结1例左足背浅Ⅱ度～深Ⅱ度热水烫伤患者的上门居家护理效果.专科护士定期提供上门换药,动态评估与分析创面情况,运用伤口床准备理论的TIME原则,联合应用湿润烧伤膏、莫匹罗星软膏、重组牛碱性成纤维生长因子及藻酸盐片,同时选择适宜的敷料,最终使伤口创面在79d内完全愈合.该案例通过使用"互联网+护理服务"居家护理服务,发挥专科护士在相应领域的专科技术、体现专科护理特色的同时,解决患者就医路途长、排队时间久、患者行动不便等问题.

Abstract

This article summarizes the home nursing effect of a patient with left dorsum of foot scalded by hot water of shal-low Ⅱ degree to deep Ⅱ degree.Specialist nurses regularly provided on-site dressing changes,dynamic assessment and analysis of wound conditions,and combined application of Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment,Mupirocin Ointment,Recom-binant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor and Alginate Tablets according to the TIME principle of wound bed prepara-tion theory.At the same time,appropriate dressings were selected.The wounds were finally completely healed within 79 days.The use of"Internet+nursing service"home nursing service gives play to the specialist technology of specialist nurses in the corresponding field,reflects the characteristics of specialist nursing,and solves the problems such as long journey to see a doctor,long queuing time,or poor mobility.
