目的 通过文献计量学,对免疫衰老的现状、研究热点、前沿进展和发展趋势进行分析,为开展相关研究提供依据。方法 通过CiteSpace 软件对Web of Science 核心合集数据库中2012-2022 年免疫衰老相关文献进行分析。结果 数据库中共检索到相关文献2 770 篇。近十年免疫衰老的研究呈阶梯状上升的趋势;研究人员多集中于欧洲;蒂宾根大学的Pawelec G 为发文量最多的作者,但是作者之间合作并不紧密,尚未形成一定规模的合作团队;Univ Tubingen 是免疫衰老领域发文量最多的机构,在该领域有较强的影响力。被共引文献分析发现,免疫衰老对于已知抗原的充分反应可能是必要的,因此对免疫衰老未来的研究应考虑对疾病免疫治疗和疫苗接种在老年人中的重大成效。关键词聚类显示,阿尔茨海默病、氧化应激、自然杀伤细胞、免疫疗法为当期研究领域的研究热点,关键词突现显示为免疫衰老标志物。免疫疗法从2019 年至今仍旧是研究人员需要持续关注的研究热点,其中研究较多的信号通路为核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路。结论 近十年免疫衰老备受关注,目前该领域的热点集中于阿尔茨海默病、氧化应激、自然杀伤细胞以及对免疫衰老的免疫疗法及标志物的研究。应用文献计量学得到的研究结果可为今后从事免疫衰老方向的研究人员了解该领域的热点和预测未来发展趋势提供借鉴意义。
Research hotspot and visual analysis of immunosenescence based on bib-liometrics
Objective Based on bibliometrics,the current situation,research hotspot,frontier progress and development trend of immune aging were analyzed to provide basis for related research.Methods The literature related to immunosenes-cence in the Web of Science core collection database from 2012 to 2022 was analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results A total of 2 770 relevant papers were retrieved from the database.Research on immunosenescence has shown a stepwise increase in the last decade;researchers are mostly concentrated in Europe.Pawelec G at the University of Tubingen is the author with the highest number of publications,but the collaboration between authors is not close and has not yet formed a collaborative team of a certain scale.Univ Tubingen is the institution with the highest number of publications in immunosenescence and has a strong influence in the field.Analysis of the co-cited literature found that immunosenescence may be necessary for adequate responses to known antigens,and therefore future research on immunosenescence should consider the significant effectiveness of immunotherapy and vaccination against disease in the elderly.Keyword clustering showed that Alzheimer's disease,oxidative stress,natural killer cells,and immunotherapy were the hot research topics in the current research area,with keyword emergence showing immune senescence markers.Immunotherapy remains a research hotspot for researchers to continue to focus on from 2019 so far,where the more studied signaling pathway is nuclear factor-KB(NF-κB)signal-ing pathway.Conclusion Immunosenescence has received much attention in the last decade,and the current hot spots in this field focus on Alzheimer,oxidative stress,natural killer cells,and the study of immunotherapy and markers of immunosenescence.The results obtained by applying bib-liometrics can provide implications for future researchers working in the field of immunosenescence to understand the hot spots and predict future trends.
