Effect of Sertraline Tablets combined with relative bed rest Morita thera-py on depression in adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury
Objective To investigate the effect of Sertraline Tablets combined with relative bed rest Morita therapy on ado-lescent depression with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Methods A total of 60 adolescent depression patients with NSSI admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group was treated with single Sertraline Tablets,the study group was treated with Sertrolin Tablets combined with relative bed Morita therapy.Ottawa self-injury inventory(OSI),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and quality of life short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups before treat-ment and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment.Results The OSI scores after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMD scores after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the study group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Sertraline Tablets and relative bed Morita therapy in adolescents with NSSI has a significant effect,which can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of self-injury behavior,but also reduce the symptoms of depression and improve the quality of life,which can be further promoted in clinic.
