Effect of Kang'ai Injection on immune function in patients with cervical cancer after radical cervical resection
Objective To investigate the effect of Kang'ai Injection on Immune function in patients with cervical cancer after radical cervical resection. Methods A total of 72 patients with cervical cancer treated in Hebei General Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)according to random number table method. The control group received conventional chemotherapy with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin, and the observation group received Kang'ai Injection on the basis of the control group. The immune function indexes, inflammatory factors indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of immune indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in observation group were higher than those in control group, while the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kang'ai Injection has significant effect in the postoperative treatment of cervical cancer patients, and patients'immune function indexes and inflammatory factor indexes are significantly decreased, which can effectively prevent adverse reactions, and the short-term efficacy is better, which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
