Effect of sodium citrate sodium chloride combined with anti-human pa-pillomavirus bioprotein dressing in the treatment of human papillo-irfectioicervimavirus infection in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium citrate sodium chloride combined with anti-human papillomavirus(HPV)bioprotein dressing in the treatment of HPV infection in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions. Methods A total of 100 patients with HPV infection in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions were admitted to the Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from September 2022 to March 2023 as the study objects, and divided into control group(50 cases)and test group(50 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with an an-ti-HPV biological protein dressing, and the test group was treated with sodium citrate sodium chloride combined with an-ti-human papillomavirus bioprotein dressing,HPV negative converse rate,HPV effective rate,HPV viral load conversion rate, vaginal microbial balance recovery rate, the level of laboratory indicators(interleukin-4[IL-4],interleukin-12[IL-12],and interferon-γ[IFN-γ])were compared between the two groups. Results HPV negative converse rate and total effec-tive rate in test group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of HPV viral load con-version in test group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of vaginal microbial balance in test group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-4 was lower than that before treatment,IL-12 and IFN-γ were higher than those before treatment, and IL-4 in test group was lower than that of control group,IL-12 and IFN-γ were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of HPV infection in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions with sodium citrate sodium chloride combined with anti-human papillomavirus bioprotein dressing,HPV negative converse rate, efficacy of treatment, recovery rate of vaginal microbial balance and the improvement of laboratory indicators level are greater.
