目的 探讨任氏清胰汤治疗轻中度急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法 选取2020 年1 月至2021 年12 月苏州市中医医院收治的40例轻度及中度急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(20 例)及对照组(20例)，治疗组采取常规西医综合治疗，对照组采取常规西医治疗联合任氏清胰汤治疗，比较两组临床综合疗效、中医证候评分、腹痛疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、腹胀视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、首次进食时间、首次排便/排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、淀粉酶(AMS)、C 反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、急性胰腺炎严重程度床边指数(BISAP)评分。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。治疗后，治疗组的首次进食时间、首次排便/排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。治疗后，治疗组的中医证候积分、腹痛NRS评分、腹胀VAS评分、BISAP评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。治疗组治疗3、5、7 d 的AMS、CRP、TNF-α均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05);治疗组治疗3、5、7 d 的IL-10 均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05);两组治疗3、5、7 d 的IL-1 及IL-6 比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。结论 任氏清胰汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效确切，可改善临床症状，缓解炎症反应程度，药物安全性良好。
Clinical effect of Ren's Qingyi Decoction on mild to moderate acute pan-creatitis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ren's Qingyi Decoction on mild to moderate acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with mild and moderate acute pancreatitis admitted to Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a treatment group(20 cases)and a control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine with Ren's Qingyi Decoction.The clinical comprehensive efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,abdominal pain numerical rating scale(NRS)score,abdominal distension visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the first feeding time,the first defecation/exhaust time,the recovery time of bowel sounds,amylase(AMS),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),bedside index for severity in acute pancreatitis(BISAP)score were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the total ef-fective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the first feeding time,the first defecation/exhaust time,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,NRS score of abdominal pain,VAS score of abdominal distension and BISAP score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The AMS,CRP and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 3,5 and 7 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-10 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at 3,5 and 7 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in IL-1 and IL-6 levels between the two groups at 3,5 and 7 days after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ren's Qingyi Decoction combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of acute pancreati-tis,which can improve clinical symptoms,relieve the degree of inflammation,and has good drug safety.
