Application effect of hierarchical management mode in standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents doctors of traditional Chinese medicine
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management model in the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 44 traditional Chinese medicine residents in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into direct management group(22 cases)and hierarchical management group(22 cas-es).The direct management group adopted conventional management method,and the hierarchical management group adopted hierarchical management method,and the trainees in both groups were trained for 6 months.The core competency,quality score of medical record archive and exam score two were compared between the groups.Core competency included professional quality,knowledge and skills,patient care and communication and cooperation.Results Six months after train-ing,the scores of knowledge and skill([18.55±1.10]points),patient care([18.73±0.63]points)and medical record archive quality([99.09±0.23]points)in the hierarchical management group were higher than those in the direct management group([17.18±1.05],[17.55±1.41]and[97.35±0.35]points),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in professional quality,communication and cooperation,and examination scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management mode in the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine is conducive to the cultivation of core competence of traditional Chinese medicine residents and can effectively improve management efficiency.
