Exploration and practice of the integrated service of self-service examina-tion in intelligent clinic
With the development of"Internet+healthcare"technology and the application of smart healthcare,self-service medical services have been effectively used in multiple aspects of outpatient treatment.Laboratory examination is a key link in the outpatient and emergency department of hospitals.Under the situation of insufficient overall high-quality pediatric medical resources and prominent supply and demand contradictions,the integration of self-service billing,payment and query of outpatient and emergency examination is not only an effective practice to optimize the outpatient and emergency process and innovate outpatient management,but also an intelligent and efficient convenient measure for the hospital to serve the people.Through the exploration and research of the integrated service practice of self-service inspection in smart outpatient clinics,this paper puts forward improvement measures in terms of institutional guarantee,publicity,technical support,project enrichment and service improvement,so as to continuously improve the people's intelligent medical experi-ence and further escort the high-quality development of children's health.
