Effect of traditional Chinese medical emotional nursing combined with early rehabilitation intervention in patients with tibial fracture and its in-fluence on stress disorder
Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with early reha-bilitation intervention in patients with tibial fracture and its influence on stress disorder.Methods Fifty-eight patients with tibial fracture admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(29 cases)and observation group(29 cases)by random number table method.The control group received early rehabilitation nursing,the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing.Stress disorder score,rehabilitation index and complication rate were com-pared between the two groups.Results The scores of post-treatment stress disorder in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Fracture healing time and hospital stay in observation group were lower than control group,and knee joint function(Rasmussen)score was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistical significances in the flexion and extension between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The knee flexion of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the extension was smaller than that of the control group after intervention,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The total incidence of joint stiffness,incision infection and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with early rehabilitation intervention in the nursing intervention of tibial fracture has obvious effect,can effectively reduce the stress disorder of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,effectively prevent the occurrence of complications,clinical reference and promotion.
