Influence of Internet+nursing service intervention mode on self-care ability and wound healing in home care of elderly patients with chronic wounds
Objective To explore the effects of Internet+nursing service intervention mode on self-care ability and wound healing of elderly patients with chronic wounds at home.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with chronic wounds in the geriatric Department of Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from From June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to the single and even number method.The observation group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases)were respectively implemented the Internet+nursing service intervention mode and routine nursing method.Self-care ability,wound healing,pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re-sults Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of health knowledge level,self-concept score,self-responsibility score and self-care skill score of the two groups were higher than before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge level,self-concept score,self-responsibility score and self-care skill score of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pressure sore healing scale(PUSH)score and visual analog scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,PUSH score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);PUSH scores and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet+nursing service interven-tion mode in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic wounds at home has significant value in improving patients'self-care ability,and is more conducive to patients'wound healing,which is worthy of clinical nursing promotion.
