Clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with in-sulin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with insulin in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis. Methods Patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis admitted to the De-partment of Gastroenterology of Shandong Healthcare Group Zibo Hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(32 cases)and experimental group(32 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was given Fenofibrate lipid-lowering,somatostatin inhibiting pancreatic enzyme secretion, fluid rehydration, fasting and other conventional treatment measures, and the experimental group was given low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with insulin therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. The levels of triglyceridemia(TG),white blood cell count(WBC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and clinical therapeutic ef-fect were compared between the two groups at the 3rd,5th and 7th day of treatment. Results The recovery time of gastrointesti-nal function, the disappearance time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and the recovery time of hematuric amy-lase in experimental group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay of experimental group was shorter than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,hs-CRP and WBC in experimental groups were lower than those in control group on the 3rd day of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,hs-CRP and WBC in experimen-tal groups were lower than those in control group on the 5th day of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,hs-CRP and WBC in experimental groups were lower than those in control group on the 7th day of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with insulin is effective in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis and can be used in clinic.
