Objective The purpose of this study was to compare gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist with early fol-licular phase long program,and to explore the application value of gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist in assisted re-productive technology.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer admitted to Pingxiang Maternity and Child Care from January to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into group A(60 cases)and group B(60 cases)according to random number table method.Group A was treated with early follicular phase long program,and group B was treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist.The age,anti-mul-lerian hormone(AMH)level,gonadotropin(Gn)volume,Gn days,number of eggs harvested,incidence of ovarian hyperstim-ulation,metaphase Ⅱ(MⅡ)rate,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in age,AMH and number of eggs collected be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of Gn in group B was lower than that in group A,and Gn day was shorter than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation between two groups(P>0.05).There were no sig-nificant differences in oocyte M Ⅱ rate,fertilization rate and high-quality embryo rate between two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion Gonadotropin releasing hormone antaganist can shorten the time and dosage of Gn,greatly reduce the time and cost of treatment,reduce the economic burden of patients,and do not affect the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate.
