Application effect of the source point and the collateral point combined with the ear-point burying beans with chest blocking and heartache
Objective To explore the application effect of the source point and the collateral point combined with the ear-point burying beans in chest blocking and heartache.Methods A total of 100 patients with chest blocking and heartache treated in Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as ob-jects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated by the ear-point burying beans,and the observation group was treated with the source point and the collateral point on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical ef-ficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,angina pectoris attack,heart function index and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;af-ter treatment,the chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath,exhaustion,fatigue,and total scores of obser-vation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the number of angina attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration of angina attacks was shorter than that in the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were lower than those in the control group,and all dimensions of Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The source point and the collateral point combined with the ear-point burying beans can improve the treatment effect of chest blocking and heartache,reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and the number of angina attacks,improve the quality of life of patients.
